The New Baltimore Conservancy's 2nd Annual Chili Cookoff
Two prizes will be awarded:
     ~CHEF'S CHOICE: New Baltimore's Shai Kessler of the Reed Street Bottle Shop in Coxsackie
     ~PEOPLE'S CHOICE: Attendees will vote with their tasting tickets to determine the People's Choice. The more people you   bring to the event, the more votes you will get!

Prizes include a seat in a Different Drummer's Cooking class and more.....

Following the competition, Playin’ With Fire Band will play in the historic Armstrong Barn. $10 admission for the public includes both events  (no admission charge for competitors). Bring a chair and a beverage!

By entering my chili in the Chili Cookoff, I agree to come to the event and serve my chili. I will arrive with my chili "ready to eat" by 3:30 pm on September 17th, 2016.  I agree to provide 7 quarts of chili to fill an aluminum buffet pan. The New Baltimore Conservancy will provide the buffet pan; contact Mary Moneymaker at 518-756-7830 to arrange pick-up in advance, if desired. The New Baltimore Conservancy will provide buffet pan frames, a sterno, a ladle to serve my chili and serving cups on the day of the event. In the event that I cannot serve my chili or if I need someone to serve my chili, I will contact the New Baltimore Conservancy at newbaltconservancy@gmail.com or 518-756-6506 by September 10, 2016.
