CWC Tournament Interest Form
In order to accurately asses interest in tournaments and plan for coaching arrangements plus travel, we ask that CWC members fill out this interest form to indicate what tournaments members are interested in attending. This form must be completed prior to April 1st in order to allow ample time to plan for travel.

Please note that the CWC will not pay or arrange for flights to the Las Vegas US Open tournament.
