Einstein CSA Winter 2018-2019 Registration
Thank you for your interest in Einstein’s Community Supported Agriculture! To become a member, complete the form below and submit a check made out to Einstein CSA the lockbox outside Ullmann 316 or to Jacob Ratliff if Kennedy 203. For the winter, there will be three types of shares with 9 deliveries total spaced out approximately every 3 weeks. Deliveries will be on Fridays from November-December and April-May and on Wednesdays from January to March. The exact dates have not yet been determined, but distribution will start just before Thanksgiving. Stay tuned.

Types of shares:
-omnivore: vegetables with meat/dairy/other special products ($365 by 10/19 or $375 by 10/26)
-vegetarian/lacto-ovo: vegetables with dairy/other special products ($365 by 10/19 or $375 by 10/26)
-vegan: vegetables with special products ($365 by 10/19 or $375 by 10/26)

Work Shifts
In order for the Einstein CSA to run smoothly and efficiently, each member is required to help with 2 two-hour work shifts. Information on sign ups will be sent out 3-4 weeks before the first delivery. Please initial indicating that you agree to work the required shifts.

Please first complete this form and then submit a check to the lockbox outside Ullmann 316 or to Jacob Ratliff in Kennedy 203. Checks should be made out to Einstein CSA. If the shareholder's name does not match the name on the check please write the shareholder's name in the Memo line. Finally, both the form AND payment must be received by noon on the dates listed below to receive that rate.

If paying at once presents a difficulty, please contact us for information on alternate payment options.
