I hearby give my consent to Central Florida Vocal Arts and all of it’s affiliates to photograph, sound record, and/or video record my son/daughter  during the course of the Winter/Spring Institutes 2018 activities and performances and to use afformentioned for promotional and archival purposes.  I also hold employees, contactors, partners, and selected venues of Central Florida Vocal Arts and it’s endeavors harmless from liability during the duration of the Institute activities, including performances. I understand that performance has inherant risks and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure my child’s safety.

Summer Institute's starting cost is $300 if paid before APRIL 30, 2018 and $350 if paid after.  You'll receive an invoice via email to the address you listed above including any applicable additions (aftercare) and discounts (Friends/Family, Returning Student).  If you do not get an invoice in 48 hours, please follow up with us via email.  Cflvocalartseducation@gmail.com
