Ground Rules

1. Attendance – Participants will do their best to attend the coaching sessions. If they aren’t able to attend, they will watch the replay of the session they’ve missed.  

2. Accountability – Participants will be held accountable through weekly takeaways.

3. Contribution – Participants will offer their insights during the meetings.

4. Attentiveness – Participants will not multi-task during the call. Instead, they will be focused on what everyone else is saying.

5. Confidentiality – All information shared by the participants is to be kept confidential if there isn’t express permission from the participant to share with someone outside of the group. Everyone is free to share their questions, insights, and experiences—but they will not share other people’s experiences or information.

If there is any private information participants absolutely don’t want anyone to ever share, then they will choose to not disclose this information. Participants understand this is the only way they can be completely sure that the information will never be shared.

6. Content – You will have immediate access to the bonus training programs. Every week (for 7 weeks) you will have access to new video content and resources.

All “10 Influencers in 7 Weeks” content is proprietary material. You will keep the course materials confidential. You agree to never create derivative work from the program. You agree to never copy the program content with the intent to create your own competitive product or to resell the content.

7. Respect –No participant will speak in a negative manner to another group member. Everyone will keep their comments and suggestions positive and supportive.

8. Participants understand that only they can determine their own success. They will listen to the suggestions and ideas given to them, and then will make their own judgment calls on how to best move within their business. They will not hold Cloris Kylie or anyone else accountable for the choices they make in their business, because they acknowledge each action is *their* choice.

If any participant breaks any of these ground rules, Cloris Kylie LLC has permission to handle his or her current and future participation as they determine, including cancelling his or her participation.

Participants who are asked to leave understand that they will not be entitled to a refund.

Membership

• By signing up for 10 Influencers in 7 Weeks, participants are committing to the whole program.
• Monthly payments or one-time payment will be automatically collected via Stripe using the credit card provided at registration.
• If a participant’s payment cannot be collected, they will be given a 15-day grace period to submit the payment. A 1% monthly interest fee will be applied to outstanding payments.

Refund Policy / Guarantee

Refunds will be granted to participants who are dissatisfied with the program within 30 days with no cancellation fee.

NOTE: Participants who are asked to leave due to not following the previously set ground rules will not be granted a refund for the amount already collected.
