As part of your Returning Paraprofessional Application you will prepare a 15 minute presentation that you will share with your peers during winter training.

For your presentation choose something you have done or dealt with in your paraprofessional role. Share for your peers what you learned and how you navigated the situation. Utilizing your experience, training and, if needed, credible outside resources, answer the following questions during your presentation:

• What did you learn from this experience as a paraprofessional?
• What take aways do you want your peers to use personally or in their communities?
• How will you use what you learned in your paraprofessional role next year?

All returning paraprofessionals could be asked to expand upon material and present the topic during August training.
