Wine Production Survey & Registration Form

Thank you for your participation in the varietal workshop series. Please fill out the following short form to the best of your ability concerning the winemaking techniques used in the production of your wine. We must receive this completed form ONE WEEK PRIOR to the event in order to secure your registration at this event.

To the workshop held from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 16 at Prairie Crossing Winery in Treynor, bring 1 bottle of your CATAWBA and/or CONCORD wine with you.

While we encourage collaboration and open discussion, wines will be coded and tasted blindly by workshop participants in order to keep your processing techniques confidential.

$25 - Non-Member participation only

* Must provide one bottle of at least one of the two varietals to be discussed.
