We ask for is 50% of your time to help, the rest is yours to mix & mingle. Event Day Volunteer Tasks (~1.5 hrs) - arrive by 5:30 pm before the official event starts, or stay a little after to help will light housekeeping and loading out supplies done no later than 9:30 pm.
