DESCRIPTION:
Brand Ambassadors are independent contractor Primal Kitchen team members that are the face (and voice) of the brand. They represent Primal Kitchen during in-store sampling demos and field marketing events. These team members are responsible for educating shoppers on healthy lifestyle choices, sharing the love of a primal lifestyle, and working with store staff to maximize our in-store marketing efforts.

TIME COMMITMENT:
- Full control over your schedule as it pertains to the day of the week, though preference is given to those who can work on  weekends
- Region dependent, with an average of 4 - 8 hours per week

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and execute in-store product demos at Whole Foods and other natural stores
-  Coordinate with store buyers prior to demo to ensure there is enough product on the shelf before you arrive
-  Show up with a smile and build relationships with shoppers, influencers, and store personnel
- Promote brand at local health and fitness events (you may receive invitations to work special events with our team, like Bulletproof Conference!)
-  Create a unique customer experience and teach shoppers about the benefits of Primal Kitchen's products and a Primal lifestyle. ("No, fat is not bad for you! I promise!")
-  Capture demo results with timely reporting via Promomash app at the end of every demo

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
-  A genuine love for health, fitness, and a primal lifestyle
-  Excellent customer service skills and a cheerful attitude
-  Ability to talk to anyone and be outgoing
-  Represent the brand in a highly positive manner
-  Access to a computer or smartphone for reporting sampling results
-  A car and a good driving record

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
-  Understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals
-  Team player with ability to function independently
-  Knowledge of Promomash platform is a plus

EDUCATION:
-  Education: bachelor’s degree, health coach certification, or equivalent work experience
-  Related work experience: 1-2 years in events, promotions, media, consumer products marketing
