Celebrate Life 2022

Hello Students and Student leaders!  It is that time of year again. Time to start preparing for Celebrate Life!

When/Where: May 12th-14th at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL.

Cost: $125/student and $105/chaperone. Coaches/leaders for teams/events have their fees covered for RCL. Please give payments to your local NYI leader.

Forms: (Online via google forms at this link:  https://goo.gl/forms/waJtlAzOj5W1sEtC2 ). Paper form is available from your local pastor or NYI leader. If not, email Pastor Travis (pastortravisjackson@gmail.com) for a copy.

IN ADDITION TO THIS REGISTRATION FORM there is a COVID-19 Liability Waiver from Olivet Nazarene University that is required for attendance. You can find that waiver here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o-gXVwPCawjkNKKoJHbNS548x_-j3-pN/view?usp=sharing

The Rock Wall waivers will be district specific (with a watermark on the back) and will be available once we have access to them.

All Chaperones will be required to fill out a background check form and a Celebrate Life Form.

The deadline for RCL Registration is April 8th, 2022. (Contact Pastor Travis if desired registration is after this date.)

Misc Info:

Accompaniment for talent pieces can be played via phone, CD, or cassette tape. If you have a live accompaniment, please CONTACT PASTOR TRAVIS to make sure that we have all we need for your performance, or so we can make arrangements for a performance in the days following District Celebrate Life.

All art pieces must have a scripture to accompany them.

There is no golf.

Bowling participants may submit a 10 frame score from a game they bowl locally, it must be verified by a local NYI Leader. If you choose not to submit a score, you may be passed over for the bowling team if there are more participants than a team requires.
