New this season for the Lower School and Middle School: Group Ukulele Lessons for grades 2-5 and 6-8!

Learn to play classic songs on the ukulele in just a few lessons!!  Play and sing along with your new uke buddies in this fun and energetic class!  Learn the basic concepts of uke history, chords, rhythm, time, Orff arrangements,  improvisation and perhaps, most importantly, reap the benefits of being successful at a new instrument!!

Uke ‘n’ Roll® provides an alternative teaching method to inspire the community using the world’s easiest, most engaging and addictive instrument — the ukulele. Utilizing a broad range of musical genres Samson Trinh‘s lessons and song arrangements inspire students to jam on four simple strings with just a few minutes of instruction.


Session: Mondays (Nov 14th-Feb 13th) for Grades 6-8 at the MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMPUS
Time: 3-4pm, Singleton Campus
Grades: 6th-8th
Tuition: $121
Materials Fee: $30 (additional $20 for uke rental, otherwise bring your own instrument)
No classes on: Dec 19 and 26
Tuition: $151  (+ additional $20 for uke rental, otherwise bring your own instrument), shorter session due to 2 holidays on 1/16 and 2/20

Session: Wednesdays (Nov. 16- Feb. 22) for Grades 2-5 at the LOWER SCHOOL CAMPUS
Time: 3-4 p.m.
Grades: 2nd-5th
No class on 11/23 (Thanksgiving break), 12/21, 12/28
--On the 12/7 and 1/25 early-dismissal half days, the lessons will take place at NOON.
Tuition: $162. (+ additional $20 for uke rental, otherwise bring your own instrument)

Registration is completed through the Greater Richmond School of Music Form attached at the end of this form.
Minimum class size of 5 for session to take place.

The completed form plus payment must be sent in to Allyson Steele, our St M Director of Extended Programs.

Note: To cover staffing before and after programs as well as general administration, an annual one-time $25 registration fee is billed for students taking advantage of St M enrichment programs. (This fee is waived if your child is enrolled in 3 or 5-day Extended Day.)
