Thank you for your interest in the Theatre/Dance Musical production!

Auditions will take place in Jonsson 1.1216 (The Rehearsal Hall) on April 24 and 25 in the evening.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: All singer/actors must prepare 32 bars from a Broadway musical and provide an accompaniment track to be played through a stereo.

You may also be given a short monologue from the monologue as a cold reading.

Dancers who are interested in speaking roles in the musical MUST attend these auditions as well.

For those interested in only being a part of the Dance Ensemble, please attend the Dance Auditions at 2pm on Friday April 28.

PERFORMANCE DATES: Show dates for Urinetown are October 26 through November 4th

(November 5th will be STRIKE which everyone MUST attend. Also Nov. 5th is set aside as a possible additional performance, if the run sells out).

If cast, actor/singers have the opportunity to enroll in THEA 3310 Theatre Performance/Ensemble. Credit for this class is given based on satisfactory performance in rehearsals and performances of the musical. If you are not cast but still wish to run crew, student may still enroll in the course upon agreement to take on a tech position. CALLBACKS: Callbacks will be held on Friday April 28th from 12pm to 4pm, along with dance auditions.
