Venue Set-up
Are you calm and collected in a hectic environment? Get a sneak peek at the Expo by helping us set up before the doors open. Putting up signs and decorating the venue, along with running general errands and helping vendors when needed.
Cashier / Ticketing
You will be the first person people see when they come to the Vintage Expo!  You’ll be welcoming people to the event, handling tickets and cash, directing the flow of traffic, answering questions.
Vendor & Visitor Support Desk
Be at the centre of everything! Help answer questions, supervise the raffle, help with the photo booth, and keep track of the activity sign-up sheets. You may be sent on special missions around the venue when vendors and entertainers need assistance.
Dressing/Change Room / Stage Hand
Do you love vintage clothing? Monitor our change rooms, take pics of guests if they try on something they love, make sure the clothing gets back to the proper booths, etc. You may also be asked to help with the stage entertainers, models, fashion shows, etc., when we need an extra hand.
Greeters / Give Out Flyers
Do you love talking to people and getting them excited about all things vintage and our exciting event?  Please spread the word by passing out flyers in the inner harbour, around downtown near the Crystal Garden.
