An Individual is a member of the cultural and/or emergency management community interested in supporting NJCAR initiatives. She/He may also be the designated contact person for a member Organization. An Organization is a non-profit cultural and/or emergency management agency, institution, or group (with or without a physical location) aligned with NJCAR's mission. A Vendor is a business, company, consultant, or any entity offering emergency management- or emergency response-related goods or services for profit. Vendors do not have voting rights as members of NJCAR under its bylaws.
