This application will stay open until all nonprofit spots have been filled.
Organizations and causes are selected by vote of the Kingston Farmers Market, Inc. Board of Directors.
You will receive an email informing you of a decision. We aim to respond to all applications promptly.
If accepted to participate, information about the Community Tent or an invoice will follow.
All payments will be due 2 weeks prior to market participation.

One or two nonprofit spots are available in the Community Tent on each market date.
No vendor fee is charged to organizations housed in the Community Tent.
Community Tent spots are limited and may influence potential dates of participation.

Full Season Early Bird rate is $225, if paid by 3/31/2019.
All other nonprofit payments will be due 2 weeks prior to market participation.
Payment or confirmation of Community Tent assignment secures your spot as a nonprofit vendor.

Unless housed in the Community Tent, I understand that I am required to bring my own 10 x 10 Tent with 40lbs. of commercially manufactured weight PER LEG. (Sandbag style with velcro is most economical.) *
