CFC-Youth GVA: Graphics Request Form
Hello!

This form serves as the official Graphics Request Form for CFC-Youth GVA. In order for us to serve you in the most efficient way we can, please provide detailed answers outlining the specific requirements for your graphic request.

Alongside filling out this form, please send us an email including any sample sketches, sample images, or any other inspirations that can aid in the visual process. Please note, due to the high volume of requests, we will try our best to entertain everyone's submission in a timely manner.

CAMP GRAPHICS PACKAGE

In terms of Camp Graphics Package Requests, please allot an ample amount of time when submitting the request (6-8 WEEKS in advance) as they require a lot more time, and specific guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the quality and correctness of each graphic.

Once the Camp Graphics Package is complete, the requester must submit it to CFC Ablaze if printed material is desired. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to be printed, so please allot this in your request timeline and submit the request at least 6 WEEKS prior to the date needed to be printed.

All printing must go through CFC Ablaze. So please email final printing graphics and apparel (t-shirt, hoodies, etc.) count to the CFC Office Administration at cfcvan@cfc.ca

CFC Ablaze requires 3 weeks for the printing process before printed material is needed for an event. Therefore, Graphics Packages must be requested 1.5 months prior to date required by CFC Ablaze.
