Horn Elementary School                                            Science Fair 2019 Registration Form
Every student participant in the February 16th, 2019 Horn School Science Fair is required to register their project. Students may register projects using the online form here OR the paper version of the form which can be requested from the Horn main office or printed from the Horn PTO science fair website at http://www.ichornpto.org.

Note: If science project will be completed with a partner - both students must register since we need parental approval from both students.

Registration deadline is Friday, January 25th, 2019.
