Registration Form - Backyard Habitat Program - Oak Grove Open Garden

Thanks for your interest in our 2018 Open Garden Event in Oak Grove!!

On Saturday, Sept 15th, from 11am - 4pm, you'll have the opportunity to explore a diverse and beautiful backyard habitat. Our goal is that this event will inspire, educate, and deepen our knowledge of local ecology and our connections to one another.

By filling out this form you are officially registering for the event. Once you submit your registration form, you will receive the garden's address in two ways:

1) in an automatic pop-up on the screen. You can write it down at this time, or save a screen shot.

2) an automated email to the email address provided. Sometimes, depending on your email settings, this email could go to your spam folder, or your "promotions" or "social" tab (if you're a gmail user). Please check there before contacting us.
