Thank you for choosing to support RMHC Dayton as a Doors of Compassion Volunteer! By supporting RMHC's Doors of Compassion event, you are helping to raise much needed donations to support hospitalized children and their families.

WHEN: April 1, 2017 from 6 PM to midnight

WHERE: All volunteer opportunities will take place at an undisclosed location. You will be notified of this location the week of March 27th.

DRESS CODE: cocktail attire for all positions except for after-party set-up, tie not mandatory.

Volunteers are needed for various shifts. We prefer volunteers to be there for the entire shift, but accommodations can be made. The volunteer assignments and details will be emailed to you once the placements are complete. Each volunteer should complete their own form. All volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.

8:00 PM - 11:30 PM Shift (6 volunteers needed) (holding doors, greeting guests, directing people to coat check/party)

Coat Check

8:00 PM - 11:45 PM Shift (2 volunteers needed) (take coats and guest accessories in exchange for a ticket)

Pick of the Vine

8:00 PM - 11:45 PM Shift (4 volunteers needed) (sell wine bottles for $20, tag wine)

Jewelry and Trip Raffle

8:00 PM - 11:45 PM Shift (8 volunteers needed) (circulate floor and advertise raffle prizes and sell tickets)

Silent Auction

8:00 PM - 11:45 PM Shift (8 volunteers needed) (go-to person for silent auction item questions, assist with registration, and gathering items for check-out)

Social Media Assistant

7:30 PM - 11:45 PM (4 volunteers needed) (take pictures, videos and write social media posts throughout the event)
