In issuing an complaint, please:

 •  Clearly identify the grounds for your complaint
 •  Provide any extra information we may ask for
 •  Act honestly, courteously, and respectfully

If you wish to remain anonymous, your complaint will be recorded and considered by the relevant persons, but you will not be responded to during this process. Your personal details will not be retained, or passed on to anyone.

If your complaint fails to be resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to submit the complaint in writing to the Grace Presbyterian Church of New Zealand Southern Presbytery. Complaints submitted to the presbytery will follow the procedure outlined in ‘The Book of Church Order of the Grace Presbyterian Church of New Zealand,’ 43.1-10.
