The first thing I do once I arrive at my workplace is take off my winter coat, wash my hands and punch in. After that, I check the schedule to see my assigned duties. I usually start taking orders for the lane two drive through. Once the frozen food delivery truck arrives, I stop what I am doing and get the freezer ready. In a day, I will take orders, make coffee, and use the till as well as some cleaning duties. At the end of my shift, I make sure there is enough cream and sugar for all of the stations and then I punch out.
