Nominations for the Special Election for the office of Vice President to the Oak Grove Educators Association Executive Board of Officers.
This is a nomination form to nominate an OGEA member to the office of Vice President. All OGEA members may nominate another member of OGEA including themselves. Complete by Sunday October 23 by 5:00pm. For non-electronic submission, please contact the elections committee at webtech@ogea.org, or (408) 363-1646.

If you are completing this form to nominate yourself, you will be prompted to provide a brief biography of yourself and short campaign statement. Receipt of your nomination, bio, and statement will serve as your declaration of candidacy and you will be notified by the elections committee within 24hrs of submission.

If completing this form to nominate another OGEA member, they will be notified on or before Sunday October 23rd and will need to complete an additional form to file their biography and campaign statement as declaration of candidacy.
