Game Design:
- Communication (written, verbal, aural, visual)
- Playtesting, especially observing and listening
- Writing and revising game rules
- Understanding and creating stories
- Using Excel
- Understanding and using probability
- Critiquing games
Game Production:
- Presenting to others
- Prioritizing tasks
- Acting despite imperfect information
- Adjusting to change
- Staying on schedule
- Facilitating collaboration
- Helping other people work more effectively
- Note taking
