The HKIE Student Chapters (HKIESC) is the academic division of the HKIE which are dedicated to advocate and foster a spirit of friendly collaboration among its student members, as well as to encourage its members to maintain a close link with the Institution and engage in the HKIE in the future.  Currently we have established seven chapters in various local institutions. 

Aiming to provide an exchange platform for students to gain exposure in the engineering industry, the Engineers’ Night is a sustainable annual event to gather engineering students as well as practicing young engineers through banquet so that our student members could interact with professional engineers and gain latest information from the industry while enjoying their feast. 

The theme of the Engineers’ Night this year is “Pass the Flame, Unite for Strength”. Engineers with different backgrounds and talents come together to pass down valuable and practicable engineering experience to students. Through their communications, it is believed that our successful engineers in society share their rich heritage, pride and vision and join hands with young generation to burst a flame.
