Duties
The Vice President shall assist the President upon request, preside in the absence of the President and, should it become vacated, assume the responsibilities of the office of the President, serving until the Board elects a replacement to fill the remainder of the term. The Vice President shall also be the membership chairman for the corporation. The Vice President shall maintain for the corporation club/chapter rosters of the affiliated clubs/chapters, including the names of club/chapter officers and the names, addresses, telephone numbers, and B.A.S.S. numbers of the club/chapter members, as provided to him or her by the Secretary and/or Treasurer.
Nominees for Vice President must have served on the board for at least one year.
No member of the Board accepts any compensation for his or her efforts, with the exception of a $50 stipend or discount for performing an official role at each qualifying tournament.
Term begins November 1, 2018, and ends October 31, 2019.
