ASB Commissioner Application                   2018-2019
Thank you for your interest in serving Issaquah High School by becoming an ASB officer. ASB is involved with planning over 100 events and activities over the course of the school year.  Being an ASB officer requires a person of character, a dedicated strong leader, a hard worker, and a person who truly cares about our school.  Being on ASB is an important job that requires a lot of time, effort, dedication, and responsibility.  At the same time, this will be one of your greatest high school experiences.

The requirements of achieving and holding these positions are outlined in the Application and Oath of Office (which can be found on the Activities Website- www.ihsactivities.weebly.com ).  You must complete all parts of the application and interview process by the deadlines or you may be ineligible to become a member of the class.

The application below is the first piece of applying to be in ASB.  We will use these applications to determine which candidates we should invite to the next step in the application process, interviews, which will take place during the school day (April 5th-6th).  If you have any questions, please see Ms. Connolly in the ASB office (or email connollye@issaquah.wednet.edu).

Please be aware that by submitting this application that you are not guaranteed a spot in the 1st period ASB Class and that there no guarantee that every applicant will be interviewed.

Applications are due by 10:10 pm on Wednesday, April 4th.

Please complete the questions below.
