The heart of Freedom Movement, our creative team, beats in sync with the mission of the local church we were birthed out of, Freedom Church of Philadelphia. Our goal above all else is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Charged by the big dream of our senior pastor and band leaders to see our sound reach the whole city, we believe the future of this dream being realized goes beyond the music. The Movement itself is a commission to build a community of worshippers, artists of every industry, and creatives from all walks of life. We are working out our calling to build a “home” where God can connect us with Him, with each other, and to a mandate to engage our talents together to create space for people to encounter Jesus.

Social Media Team
The Social Media Team helps extend our community experience that we cultivate on Sunday Mornings and in our Small groups through channels such as Facebook and Instagram. If you use social media personally and are familiar with these networks, we can use your help! Frequency/Duration: An hour every two weeks. Responsibilities include: Create, post and schedule content. Work in conjunction with Photography, Design and Copywriters to build up a catalogue of content across multiple story telling categories.

Setup & Tear Down
This is the area of highest honor in our church and all it really requires is your availability and a heart to serve! Frequency/Duration: 2 times per month, either set-up or tear down.  Responsibilities include: 1. Set up the sound and stage equipment, lobby, auditorium & children's church classrooms before first service. Load up starts at 7:45 am. 2. Assist in tear down and storing of equipment after last service.

Video Production Team
The video team’s main role is to record, edit and post sermons weekly for continued engagement with our online Freedom community. The video team will also focus energy on creating content to encourage and inspire guests and regular attenders. Camera operators and Editors are needed. Training can be provided to operate the camera for recording sermons, however those who would like to edit will need to have personal access to editing software.Frequency/Duration: Once or twice/month. Responsibilities include: 1. Camera operators to film Sunday services (typically just last service) and other Freedom Church events. 2. Editors to edit film for placement on the web, 24-48 hours after live event.

Media Production Team
The media production team runs many of the technical aspects of the Sunday service and is an important position to help each service flow well. We are looking for people who enjoy working with technology to serve and enhance our weekly services.Frequency/Duration: Once or twice per month. Responsibilities include: 1.Setting up the media computer for Sunday services in Propresenter (sermon, songs, announcements, backgrounds, etc.) 2. Running the computer on Sunday morning (includes worship songs, sermons and videos during service, music between services) 3. Setting up and tearing down A/V equipment.

Web & App Team
The Freedom Church website and church app are increasing in importance as our main tools for reaching people in Philadelphia and introducing people to our church. Each week, people visit Freedom for first time because they found us online! We’re looking for people who are willing to contribute in many ways with attention to detail. Some digital experience is preferred, but not required. Frequency/Duration: An hour or two a week. Responsibilities include: 1. Make regular updates to site and app including events, sermon audio/video, and ministry updates 2. Optimize experience of websites for Freedom Church, Freedom Movement, and Every Nation Campus Philadelphia

Graphic Design Team
Print Team: focused on lobby materials, signage, event cards, next step cards, all materials handed out in service ◦ Digital Team: web and app content, (creating resolution, format and size folders for any design when necessary), slide creation in collaboration with media team. Frequency/Duration: An hour or two a week depending on # of projects

Photography Team
The Photography team members will capture, edit and upload photography from at least 2 services or special events a month (including but not limited to baptisms, classes, worship nights, etc.).  Also submit hi res imagery for social media team, website team and design team to incorporate.

Freedom Writers
This team will have ownership over website and app content updates; mainly the events page as we have a high event turnover rate and the copy needs an attentive eye and a writer's touch. This team will also produce snippets from the sermons every week for use on social media.

Tech Team
The Tech Team is part of our Dream Team at Freedom! This team will help "produce" the Sunday experience under the direction of the Lead Pastor and Worship Leader. Roles within this team include Stage Production (managing the flow of service); Sound Production ( ensuring sound is consistently excellent with a full understanding of the Freedom Movement Sound); Light Production (ensuring lighting is consistently excellent and conducive to full engagement).

The Worship Band
The Freedom Movement Band is a family of artists and musicians with a passion to see every person take a step closer to Jesus. The band leaders are always accepting applications and holding rolling auditions for any one that may be interested. Auditions times are not published and are scheduled once a completed application has been submitted.
