WiLSWorld 2018 Sponsorship Opportunities

WiLSWorld is an annual library innovation and technologies forum hosted by WiLS. The conference brings together WiLS members from across Wisconsin to share developments in library technology, discuss new and innovative projects and possibilities, and explore ways to leverage partnerships and collaborate within the community and beyond.

We are offering a variety of sponsorship opportunities for our 2018 WiLSWorld conference that will be held July 23rd and 24th at the Pyle Center in Madison, WI.

WiLSWorld draws attendees from academic, public, K12. and special libraries and WiLSWorld sponsorship is an excellent and efficient way to show your support for Wisconsin libraries.

We welcome your support of the conference anytime! However, because of printing deadlines, sponsorships made after July th will not be recognized in the WiLSWorld printed program.

Keynote Speaker - $1000 - Your company name and logo will be featured on all signage and publicity materials as well as in the WiLSWorld program. Allows inclusion of promotional materials during keynote session.

Meeting Rooms - $300 - Your company name will be featured on digital signage, in the WiLSWorld program and in all preconference publicity. Allows inclusion of promotional materials in sponsored room throughout the conference.

Program Ad Space: 2/3 Page - $150 - Inclusion in the WiLSWorld program and allows promotional materials to be shared at conference.

Program Ad Space: 1/3 Page - $100 - Inclusion in the WiLSWorld program.

Happy Hour - $500 - Your company name and logo will be featured prominently at the post conference happy hour and in the WiLSWorld program and in all preconference publicity. Allows inclusion of promotional materials at happy hour.
