The Film Society values Documentary Films (non-fiction). Is your Community Group/Organization open to screening a Documentary Film? *

When non-English language films have subtitles, including those geared towards children, the Film Society's policy is, "Subtitles accompany some films, but reading is never required!" because films tell visual stories. Is your Community Group/Organization open to screening an international film with subtitles? *

MOVIES ON THE BLOCK EVENT INFORMATION
Movies on the Block events can be scheduled between July 21st - September 24th 2017, pending PFS approval, and can be any day of the week.

Movies on the Block locations must be secured at the time of confirming an event date. Ideal Movies on the Block event location are existing community gathering spaces. Events must have an alternate indoor location in case of rain, ideally on the same property or within a 5 minute walking distance.
Please indicate four (4) potential dates for your event. Please see the "Lead Partner Information" page for timeline details. *
Identify two specific locations in your community/neighborhood that you have the potential to be your Movies on the Block event site. Please note what approvals or permits may be required. *
