Purdue Service Spring Break Application - Spring 2020
Instructions: Please fill out all of the information on the form to apply to attend Service Spring Break (SSB) 2020. Note that trips will be filled on a rolling basis, so apply today!

There are three trip options this year:

SSB: Detroit
Date: March 14-20
Cost: $300
Social Issue: Poverty, Housing, Direct Service

SSB: Memphis
Date: March 15-21
Cost: $300
Social Issue: Homelessness, structural injustice, and community organizing as an approach to social justice.

SSB: Indianapolis
Date: March 16-20
Cost: $200
Social Issue: Food Insecurity, Displacement and Structural Injustice, Segregation

A deposit of $100 is due within 7 days of your application and the full $ amount is due (by credit card in KRCH 336) by the pre-trip meeting before spring break. Each trip cost goes to cover lodging, transportation, event/museum costs, program fees, and many other things to avoid participants having to pay out of pocket during the trip. Please contact Civic Engagement & leadership Development (bvn@purdue.edu) if you would like to apply for a scholarship.

Cost includes transportation, programming, most meals, housing and service supplies.
