The president is the responsible for being the club spokesperson and representative. He/she must attend all meetings and participate in the planning for most meetings and events.
Please select a Math Club Secretary for Fall 2015. *
The secretary is responsible for keeping Math Club's blog (canadacollegemathclub.blogspot.com) up to date with meeting minutes and pictures from meetings and events. The secretary must attend all Math Club meetings.
Please select a Math Club Treasurer for Fall 2015. *
The Treasurer is responsible for keeping track of Math Club spending and depositing / requesting use of Math Club funds via the Cashiers office. They must gather the appropriate forms and turn them in. They must submit Math Club money to the cashier's office. They must attend all meetings.
Please select a Math Club ICC (Inter Club Council) Liaison for Fall 2015. *
The Inter Club Council Liaison is responsible for attending each ICC meeting, which occurs every other Tuesday from 2-3pm, to vote and report on issues affecting all clubs. They must attend all meetings.
Please select a Math Club Back-Up ICC (Inter Club Council) Liaison for Fall 2015. *
The Back-Up ICC Liaison is required to attend ICC meetings in the event that the ICC Liaison cannot. They must attend ICC Liaison "training." They must attend most Math Club meetings.
Please select a Math Club Coordinator of Fun for Fall 2015. *
The Coordinator of Fun must increase the fun levels of Math Club on a regular basis.
