Anyone wishing to become a food vendor must submit this completed application and fees. All restaurants and
food businesses in the Rockford and surrounding areas are invited to apply. Space is limited. A complete application
includes: (1) A completed and signed application (2) Payment of 2 fees: One for booth fee and one for deposit payable to RRDP and mailed or paid through paypal here:

*Fees are $100.00 per 10x10 space due with application plus a $50 deposit. Deposit will not be cashed (if a check) and will be returned the night of the event as long as vendor follows rules and attends the entirety of the event. Deposits via paypal will be refunded after the event.
