Get out and get moving! If you and your mentee/mentor want to enjoy a fun physical activity together, fill-out this request together, and as funds are available, we will cover the cost. Funding is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. This application is meant to be completed as a match. Mentors, please do not submit this application on your own. This is a great learning opportunity for your mentee. When you’ve completed your activity, send us a report, and remember to take pictures!
