Seahawk Spirit Run (jog-a-thon) t-shirts will be provided to all IV students. Please use this form to indicate your child's size. OR return the paper order form in your Friday Folders to the office.

Adult sizes are also available for purchase for $15. Adult tees will be higher-quality Next Level brand and will have the multi-color logo on the front.  You can use this online form for adult tees or return the paper order form to the office, but your order will not be complete until $15/ea. cash or check ("IV PTA") is returned to the office.   Orders are due by Friday, March 15th.

T-shirts will be delivered to your child's classroom the morning of the jog-a-thon (Friday, April 5th).
