Graduands who are unable to receive the Degree certificate in the Convocation should make a request to the Registrar to receive the degree in absentia by enclosing copies of Provisional and proof of Date of birth certificate. Such Graduands will receive the degree certificate only by the registered post to his residential address. The candidate has to submit his request letter along with the proof.
