Mission: The University of Pennsylvania Sport Club Program aims to deliver impactful engagement opportunities to students pursuing competitive sport interests, by providing quality recreation, education and leadership experiences.  

Sport club members are required to complete the participation statement/release form, have it on file at the Sport Club Office and be listed on the club’s membership roster before he/she is recognized as an official member of the sport club. Each sport club member is expected to adhere to each of the following written statements at all times. By checking the box next to the written statement, it is implied that you have read the statement and agree to follow its direction.
