Indoor event
~8 ft tables $50 each Direct Sales  $40 Crafter (No extra space for extra displays)
~ 8 ft spaces $50 each Direct Sales   $40 Crafter (8 ft space just as big as a 8ft table)
~If you need both a table and a space it is $100 Direct Sales $80 Crafter
~What space(s) and or table(s) you request that is what you are allotted for.
~Set up begins at 8:30 am. The event is until 3 pm and you MUST stay set up until 3 pm and cleaned up and the building must be vacant by 4 pm.
~You must be checked in by 9:30 am
~Raffle item is mandatory of at least a $15 value
~Only one representative per company (Direct Sales) will be allowed
~ I will allow 4 LuLaRoe and or Clothing Consultants at this event
~First representative to pay will receive the space or table.
~Once registration is submitted you will receive an invoice through PayPal that you can pay with a PayPal account, credit or debit card.
~Once payment is submitted there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. If you cannot make the event you must let a representative from Events by Jennifer Lynn know and then you can find a replacement. The replacement must be from the same company. Once a replacement is found you must again contact Events by Jennifer Lynn to let them know the new representatives information.
~Swag bags will be given to the first 75 people. You can advertise in these swag bags for $20. Most put in business cards, candy, samples, mini brochures, flyers etc in these bags.
~The event will be advertised through flyers, posters, yard signs, social media, websites and in one local newspaper
~Payment must be completed to confirm your space
~Food is available to purchase from he Fire Company kitchen
~Electric is available for the vendors who need it for the items they sell. There are not many outlets so please just select you need it if what you sells needs electric to operate.

We have had one event at this location in November 2017. We had about 100 shoppers come through.

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are  responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
