Mentor Application Form

Thank you for your interest to volunteer as a Mentor for the BCIT Student Association Mentorship Program.

We are very excited to be able to offer students* at BCIT the opportunity to be mentored by professionals in Metro Vancouver in order to gain business insight and hone the soft skills that will ultimately lead to their professional success.

Through our Mentorship Program, we have two streams: Career Mentorship and Entrepreneurial Mentorship. Please read through the overall and stream-specific requirements below and complete this application if you meet the requirements and are interested in being a mentor.

If we decide to continue with your application, you will be contacted for an intake interview. To make successful matches, we take into consideration a number of elements when we are matching, such as professional experience, personality and interests. This is why  the application form and the interview are so important. Please note that we may not be accepting mentors of all professions at all times based on capacity.

If you have any questions about our Mentorship Program please email grow@bcitsa.ca or phone our Program Coordinator at 604-432-8974.

Thank you so much for your interest.

*For the Entrepreneurial Mentorship stream, both BCIT students and alumni are eligible to apply as mentees.
