Coton Car Fest Trader & Charity Booking Form

2nd April 2018 - Coton Meadow, High Street, Coton, Cambridgeshire, CB23 7PL - 11am - 4pm

Arrival time for all traders is from 8am - No vehicle movement on site from 10.45am.

We will require copies of Public Liability Insurance and a Basic Risk Assessment (We can offer advice and help with this if needed)

There are no power, marquees, tables or infrastructure provided. (Items are available to hire from the events partner - JezO's Events Ltd) You may bring your own generator however, please let us know below so we can discuss this with you.

We have a limited space, and in fairness will operate first come first serve on bookings. We have allocated space for stalls of each type.

As this is a new event on a new site, whilst every effort is made to market the event heavily numbers are unknown. Because of this pitches will be FREE of charge, however a refundable deposit of £30 is required. This will be returned to you on the day. We will contact you with ways to pay this deposit after submission of your application.
