Parent Questionnaire for Counselor Recommendation
Please complete this questionnaire before your student meets with their counselor regarding the letter of recommendation. We value and appreciate parent input for you know your student better than anybody else. Your responses provide valuable insights and help us write strong letters of recommendation. Specific examples, stories, or brief anecdotes that expand upon any of your responses are very helpful. Your comments may be used as we compose your student’s recommendation. We will not share your responses with your student but encourage you to consider doing as it is nice for them to hear the positive things you share.
