Welcome to BCC's Volleyball League - all are welcome to participate this season!

Please fill out the team registration below if you wish to register an entire team for the league.  

COST:
- Team:  $150 / team registration

TEAM INFORMATION:  
- Teams MUST have a minimum of 6 players
- Maximum 6 teams, 5 games per team + playoffs
- A minimum of two female players must be in rotation at a time
- A minimum of three regular season games must be played for a player to participate in the playoff game
- Team registration NOT COMPLETE until team registration form, all individual registration forms for each player AND fees have been SUBMITTED and PAID

TO REGISTER:  
- Submit the form below along with all Individual Registration forms and fees by Thursday, January 26
- To register in person, there are registration forms at the BCC Church Office at 625 Magdalena Ave., Los Altos, CA 94024
- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until all forms have been submitted and team fees paid in full

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- Team Fee Due:  Thursday, January 26  
- To pay by cash (exact change greatly appreciated) or by check, provide payment to Vivian Yasutake in the Church Office.  Make checks payable to "BCC".
