Please complete this form to report a Planning Breach. Once received our Enforcement Team will begin an investigation into the complaint.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic, in-person site visits and inspections were not always possible for long periods of time.

There is currently a backlog of planning enforcement investigations requiring site visits as a result, meaning that case officers are managing much higher case loads than normal.

Therefore, it may not be possible to carry out site inspections for alleged breaches of planning control within the ordinary, target time-frames.

The planning Enforcement team will endeavour to provide the most effective service response possible and continue to update on case progress when able to do so.
