I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as provides an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. I further understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my primary care provider/physician prior to participation in this yoga teacher training. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I also certify that I am in good health and am able to safely participate in a yoga class. 

I understand that Zenya Yoga Academy reserves the right to dismiss me from the program if my behavior is inappropriate, unethical or violates Yoga Alliance® or Zenya Yoga Academy ethical guidelines. Under such circumstances I understand that I will not be refunded my tuition or deposits. I understand that cancellation in writing will be accepted up to 45-days prior to the start of the training. I understand that upon such cancellation I will forfeit $500 which is considered my deposit for the course and any remaining paid balance will be refunded within 30 days. I understand that the course has a set schedule and mandatory weekends. If I am unable to attend any of the scheduled hours, I understand that make-up options, including attendance at future trainings, will be provided at my expense. I understand that if I do not attend or complete the Yoga Teacher Training, that payment in full is still required. I understand that all Zenya Yoga Academy Teacher Training materials are under copyright protection and cannot be reproduced without permission of the author. Failure to comply may result in legal action. In the event of litigation relating to the subject matters of this agreement, Zenya Yoga shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
