ASTROS UYA FALL BASEBALL LEAGUE DIVISIONS
Please select participant Division.  Divisions will be based on grade levels. Please select based on CURRENT grade.  All players/participants will be placed on teams by UYA Staff.
Softball Division (2nd - 6th Grade)

Softball Division (7th - 12th Grade)

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ASTROS UYA FALL BASEBALL LEAGUE
Please Note: You are pre-registering to participate in the Astros UYA Fall Baseball League.  Parents will need to pay in person at the UYA for each player participating in the Fall League by October 10, 2016 . League cost is $10.00/player and can be made in cash, check/money order (payable to Astros Foundation) or credit card Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING *
I/We have completed this application and verify that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge. Furthermore, I/we understand that once the student is accepted to the Houston Astros Major League Baseball Urban Youth Academy, I/we will abide by all rules. Otherwise, I/we may be dismissed from the Academy and all activities.
