U.S. domestic and local trainees who were called into active military duty during their enrollment in a SVHEC certification program and processed a Standard Withdrawal (W) for military-related reason(s) will be re-instated in the same ITA certification program (CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ or Security+) without having to re-apply for admission by submitting this form. Active military members must submit this form within three (3) years after their completion of active duty.

After three (3) years, the trainee may be considered for readmission by following the guidelines listed in the Readmission to the SVHEC section in the SVHEC Catalog on the website.

Military veterans, spouses, surviving spouses, children and/or dependents may be considered for readmission by submitting this form within three (3) years of processing a Standard Withdrawal (W) for military-related reason(s).
