Please confirm ALL of the following before submitting your graduation application.

I have reviewed my transcript on WebAdvisor and have determined that I may be eligible to graduate.

I understand that students that graduating from only certificate programs are unable to participate in the graduation ceremony.

I understand that my graduation application is NOT approved until my Department Chair and the Registrar's office reviews the application and confirms that I meet graduation requirements.

I understand that the Registrar's Office will not mail my diploma until ALL graduation requirements are met.

I understand that I will receive 4 guest tickets for graduation.

I understand that graduation cap, gown and degree cover is required if I participate in the graduation ceremony.

I understand that information about graduation will be sent to my SCC email account and posted on the SCC website.

I understand parking fines, library fines, or any other College financial obligations must be met before the graduation date. Diplomas will not be awarded until these obligations are met. Check with the registrar, library and business office.
