As the "Wizarding World in the Burrow" is a large-scale community event, we will be taking pictures throughout the day for the purpose of showcasing the highlights of the event on our social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well as our Let's Talk Science - University of Toronto Scarborough outreach website.

We ask that children under the age of 18 have a parent/guardian fill out this media consent form.
Those who are 18+ should also fill out this form to indicate whether or not media consent is acceptable.

** For those that do not have permission, we will provide you with a sticker during the day of the event to let our designated photographers know who cannot be photographed **

For groups of 2 or more: If there is only media consent for some of the participants and not others, please indicate this in the 'Other' section and list their names.
