Thank you for your interest in Carolina Dance Collaborative Adaptive Dance Program!  We are excited you are applying for a dance scholarship with us.  Please fill out the application below and submit the required documents to Sara@CarolinaDanceCollaborative.org.  CDC will be in touch with applicants concerning the availability or unavailability of scholarship funds once we have received your application AND documentation.

Carolina Dance Collaborative has a limited amount of scholarship money to distribute among individual families who are interested in participating in our Adaptive Dance Program.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION:

In order to be eligible for financial assistance, the applicant must:

1) Be Approved Based on Their Financial Need
2) Contribute a portion of tuition based on CDC's review of your application.
3) Reapply for each year

CDC requires that individuals provide the requested information on the attached form so that it can provide financial assistance in a fair and consistent manner. CDC also requires that individuals reapply each quarter to keep the application information updated, although this does not guarantee scholarship funding for subsequent sessions. Tuition and fees are subject to increase when  you reapply.

ALL APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION.
We will notify you via email (if you have provided us with a valid email address) before the beginning of each session to give you scholarship and class details.
