Team Works Project Application

We're currently recruiting projects for the Fall '18 round of Team Works!

Team Works sends groups of 10-15 volunteers out to organizations around the Greater Seattle Area. Each team volunteers for one Saturday a month from 10am-2pm for four months. If you'd like to submit a project occurring on a different date or at a different time, please note that in the questions below. Teams prefer our listed schedule but we may be able to accommodate.

Project Dates:
1). Project One: Saturday, 9/8/18 -From: 10:00AM to 2:00PM
2). Project Two: Saturday, 10/13/18 -From: 10:00AM to 2:00PM
3). Project Three: Saturday, 11/10/18 -From: 10:00AM to 2:00PM
4). Project Four: Saturday, 12/8/18 -From: 10:00AM to 2:00PM

APPLICATIONS FOR FALL TEAM WORKS PROJECTS ARE DUE FRIDAY, AUGUST 12TH.

Please note that an application is NOT a guarantee that we will have a volunteer team for you. Teams choose projects the last weekend in August--we will notify project hosts promptly the following week.

Only apply for dates that our organization can commit to

Provide all tools and supplies necessary to complete the project

Have backup plans for circumstances such as inclement weather

Have a pre-determined place for the volunteers to meet

Explain to volunteers how their work is helping our organization's mission

Have a staff member at the project to provide direction and support

Communicate pertinent information to Seattle Works prior to the project and notify Seattle Works of any changes to project details at least two weeks before the project date

Assume liability for volunteers and educate them about our organization's safety/emergency procedures
