Chattanooga State Health Fair Exhibitor Registration
The purpose of Chattanooga State's Health Fair is to promote health and wellness to students, employees, and the greater Chattanooga area. Although there is no fee to exhibit, health practitioners are encouraged to register by the priority deadline of March 20th and provide free screenings and give away items as appropriate.

Registration is on a first come basis and is expected to fill to capacity. Each exhibitor will be provided with a table, two chairs, plastic table cloth and a name tent. Boxed lunches will be provided for exhibitors.

Two levels of sponsorship are also available: Gold Level- includes prime booth location and your logo on all printed materials. $500 to be paid on the day of the exhibit. Silver Level- includes prime booth location. $200 to be paid on the day of the exhibit.

Confirmation emails will be sent out to confirm booth number and set up times. Each exhibitor must have a confirmed booth number to participate in the event.
